Her work has included treatments for rare diseases such as hereditary angioedema (Takhzyro, Cinryze, Firazyr) and lysosomal storage disorders including Gaucher disease (VPriv), Hunter’s syndrome (Elaprase) and Metachromatic leukodystrophy.
